President's House Ribbon Cutting - Philadelphia, PA

The Philadelphia Multicultural Affairs Congress -  MAC/PCVB commissioned me to take some photographs of the this historic event.  This is the site where George Washington had slave quarters.  Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter spoke to the hundreds in attendance.
